William Miller Promoted to the Position of COO to Oversee Company Operations and Strategy
Full Circle Fiber Partners, LLC, a leading provider of end-to-end networks solutions for cable operators and broadband developers, announced today that William (“Bill”) Miller will transition from his position as VP of Operations to Chief Operating Officer. An accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience in construction, planning, design, and installation operations, Miller has a proven track record in implementing processes, building strategic business relationships, and developing operations strategy, structure, and processes.

As COO, Miller will lead the organization’s day-to-day operations while working closely with department heads and supervisors across the company’s portfolio of design, engineering, and construction subsidiaries.

In his tenure before joining Full Circle Fiber, Miller encapsulated the company’s mission of being ‘operators serving operators’, starting his career as a System Technician before working his way up through the ranks to Regional Director, Area Manager, and Senior Project Manager. In his most recent role as VP of Operations, Bill assisted with mergers and acquisitions and offered his expertise on the company’s operations.
