The Information Technology Director will provide technology leadership in the planning and strategy, architecture, deployment, management, and operation of essential IT infrastructure and support services. This role will provide direct management of IT operations, security, data integrity/availability, cloud computing, IT helpdesk, end-user support, network/unified communications, and MSP vendor management.
Reporting into the PMO as an IT shared service, this is a high visibility, hands-on, working position, supporting Full Circle Fiber Partner’s national presence in both tactical and strategic initiatives regarding information technology.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive IT strategies to support the organization's goals, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals. Ensure ongoing skill development and adaptability to emerging technologies.

Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and innovations. Recommend and implement improvements to processes, technologies, and systems to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Generate topical presentation materials, leveraging objective, and subjective data, using inter-personal and communication skills (both written and spoken).
Evangelize and support our corporate culture and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5+ years in a role overseeing IT infrastructure, systems administration, DevOps, network/unified communications with helpdesk practices.
Minimum of 5 years in-role, acting as IT Director, Infrastructure Director or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity, directing activities of technical team members, contractors, or organizational resources - onsite, remote and/or regionally based.
Proven experience in IT strategy and policy planning and implementation.
Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse/ETL and ERP platforms.
Experience with IT infrastructure spend and budgeting for organizations with over 1,000 users distributed across multiple office locations.
Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 platform and associated integrated tools and applications, i.e., Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft Entra etc.
Strong technical background in IT infrastructure technologies, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), software architecture principles, and DevOps methodologies.
