Formerly the President and CEO of Reel Telecommunication Services LLC, Wes Parsons transitioned to the Full Circle Fiber leadership team in the spring of 2023. As VP of Business Development he is responsible for driving the growth and value of the company.

Prior to joining Full Circle, Parsons held several key leadership positions in the telecommunications industry. During his tenure, he managed numerous functions for various Fortune 100 communications companies, including construction departments, system and network maintenance groups, as well as major disaster recovery teams. Additionally, he has led planning and analytical focus groups that provided an out of the box approach to various opportunities within an organization and job sites.
