Tom Barnes has over 20 years of experience in Finance, IT, and Operations, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of a protective packaging holding company. Prior to that role, Mr. Barnes was the CFO of a food manufacturing company. Mr. Barnes also worked for a publicly traded private equity company with roles in interim management, portfolio company support, financial due diligence and valuations. Mr. Barnes began his career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Mr. Barnes is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of James Madison University, holding a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting.
