Donald has 17 years of experience working in varying roles with multiple ISPs including Charter, C Spire, Ting, and BAM. While he most recently served as the Vice President of OSP Construction and Engineering at BAM, his other responsibilities have included leading install/service operations, procurement and supply chain, and community engagement for HFC, fiber, and fixed wireless networks.

In recent years, Donald has helped companies expand their footprints into new communities and neighborhoods by successfully negotiating licensing agreements and construction/engineering standards. Donald has worked with both SCTE and the Fiber Broadband Association as a member of several committees to further the best interests of the industry and educate communities on the importance of broadband access. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Leadership and an Associate of Applied Science in Broadband Technology.
