The VP of FP&A is responsible for providing financial planning and analysis to achieve projected performance and revenue growth. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating ethical judgment regarding business practices, compliance, regulations, and policies.
Work location: Clearwater, FL, or Denver, CO
Responsibilities:
Deep understanding of financial analysis and reporting, key business metrics, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
Lead operational finance; optimize monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting processes and variance reporting, as well as monthly opportunity and risk updates to the guidance forecast.
Develop benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
Strong analytical based decision maker with a core business process focus.
Own financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, including owning business and revenue modeling.
Drive Company financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and functional leadership.
Strong management and leadership skills, with an excitement to both roll up your sleeves and be a thoughtful, company-wide partner.
Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing teams.
Oversee vendors and contracts, negotiate terms, manage renewals and eliminate inefficiencies.
Partner with the accounting team to evolve systems and processes to ensure accurate, detailed financial reporting.
Prepare material for board of directors and investor relation activities.
Analyze productivity drivers, identify risks and opportunities to business performance, work cross functionally to implement recommended actions.
Ensure a positive company image by working closely with industry, business, community leaders, and regulatory groups.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
Prior executive/senior leadership experience in a telecommunications/cable/MSO, PE or similar environment.
7-10 yrs. senior leadership exp., 3-5 yrs. industry exp. ($300M>, med size company).
Intellectual Agility: The ability to seek input, make connections, and recognize patterns that lead to effective decision-making and action.
Growth Orientation: The ability and instinct to identify and capitalize on a wide variety of opportunities to grow earnings and the business.
Expert Excel chops, including modeling and data analytics.
Results-oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful team player that excels in a dynamic environment.

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for telling the story of Full Circle Fiber Partners by developing and executing social media strategies, fostering internal collaboration, and ensuring consistent messaging across the organization. It involves a unique blend of responsibilities related to both social media platforms and internal communications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, reporting to the Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement social media posts to build brand champions among external stakeholders. This includes our company’s vision, mission, and values.
Curate engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) that highlight our projects, innovations, and industry impact.
Maintain consistent messaging across all subsidiaries.
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies as needed.
Internal Communications:
Engage with current employees, fostering a sense of commitment to our core values: safety, quality, customer focus, employee well-being and, innovation.
Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, HR, and executive leadership to create internal communication plans.
Develop tools and resources (all employee communications, intranet content, dashboards, presentations, and employee meetings) to keep employees informed and engaged.
Ensure consistent messaging across all internal channels.
Facilitate communication during company events, milestones, and initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, GlassDoor, Google, etc).
