William (Bill) Miller, VP of Operations, is a technical operations leader with over 35 years of experience in construction, planning, design, and installation operations. Prior to joining Full Circle Fiber Partners, Bill has held leadership roles in communication, fiber, and utility companies, working on both an in-house and contractor capacity. This gives Bill a unique perspective in our industry.
In Bill’s current role he is responsible for assisting with mergers and acquisitions as well as offering his expertise to the current operations as we grow our business.
