Carl Vogel is an Executive Partner focused on the Business Services vertical for Mill Point Capital. Mr. Vogel is one of our Co-Founders and currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Full Circle Fiber.

William (Bill) Miller, VP of Operations, is a technical operations leader with over 35 years of experience in construction, planning, design, and installation operations.
Kevin is responsible for our Procurement, Supply Chain, Fleet, Real Estate and Facilities Operations as well as assisting with merger analysis and integration.
